Thank you for shopping with the Island Life. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed/produced within 5-10 business days after payment is successfully received.
- Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
- Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Protection
Customers may have the option to purchase shipping protection at checkout.
Shipping protection is intended to assist with eligible packages that are lost in transit or arrive damaged. Coverage applies only to orders where shipping protection was successfully purchased at checkout.
If your order qualifies under the conditions outlined in this Shipping Policy, you may submit a claim using the following portal:

Claims may require supporting documentation, including photographs, tracking information, proof of damage, or additional verification before approval.
Shipping protection does not cover:
- Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier
- Packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances outside our control
- Issues resulting from customer error or unauthorized changes after purchase
We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy or where fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is suspected.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or invalid address provided by the customer. Orders returned to us due to address issues may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment can occur.
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee address modifications or cancellations.
Delivered Orders / Missing Packages
Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing after confirmed delivery by the carrier. Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to investigate delivery issues, file claims, or locate missing packages.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)
- Photographs of the external packaging
- Photographs of the shipping label
Failure to provide sufficient documentation within the required time frame may result in denial of a claim, replacement, or refund request.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier disruptions
- Weather events
- Customs processing
- Incorrect customer information
- Labor strikes
- High shipping volume periods
- Events outside of our reasonable control
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International Orders
For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT charges
- Brokerage fees
- Any other country-specific import costs
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to shipping, delivery, loss, or damage shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the applicable product(s).
We reserve the right to deny claims, refunds, or replacements where fraudulent activity, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.
