Due to shipping delays and other current issues, our shipping partners are not able to deliver to APO Addresses at the moment. Order Process


How long does it take to produce my item?

Production time for our items take an average of about 3-7 business days before they are shipped out. Please see individual product pages for specific production times.

Every custom designed product is printed on demand and goes through a quality check process.  In the event a product doesn't pass the quality check process, it will need to be re-printed and may take longer than the estimated time above.


When will I receive my tracking number?

You will typically receive your tracking number in 5-7 days after production is completed. Your tracking number takes about 3-5 days to fully update with tracking information after we send it to you.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic (US) Deliveries

On average, deliveries to the continental US take about 2-4 weeks after production has completed. Most domestic orders are received within 3 weeks after shipping date. Please refer to each product page for specific delivery information.

International Worldwide Deliveries

Deliveries to locations outside of the continental United States can take about 2-7 weeks after production has completed.

Please note that some items may arrive sooner. Please see individual product items for specific shipping timeframes.

**Due to the popularity of certain items, shipping times may take longer than the estimates above. During the holiday season or high peak season, shipping times may take longer than estimated.

Delivery time estimates for orders placed during the months of November and December will only apply to orders using Express Shipping.

** All other orders placed with light or standard shipping will not be eligible for replacement or refund due to missed holiday deliveries.


Will my items all arrive in one package?

Items may arrive in separate packages as they may be produced and completed separately. Every item is made on demand and may be shipped from our fulfillment centers.


What about shipping delays?

Island Life is not responsible for shipping delays such as customs delays and are not responsible for any customs taxes or duties. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, including incorrect addresses provided by the customer or the customer failing to receive/claim their shipment. The customer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all fees/taxes/duties incurred on the shipment.

The customer assumes responsibility of letting us know if a package is delayed within 4 weeks after the expected delivery date.

In the event that the package is lost, we will do everything in our power to ensure that a replacement is sent to you. Please note that a package is not considered lost until at least 60 days has passed since the expected delivery date. Please contact us directly if your products have not arrived within the delivery times specified on each product listing.


What if my item doesn't look exactly like the picture on the site?

We have made every effort to ensure that the colors and designs display as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of every product color will be an exact match of the product your receive.

For some items, due to the printing process, slight shifting can occur. This is a normal occurrence with printing. We have made every effort to ensure that mock ups and product images are as close to the actual final product. However, the final product may vary slightly in appearance.


Can I sell your products on my own?

All our products are for personal use only and not for resale. By purchasing our products, you agree that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

Where are you located?

We are currently an online only store and don't have a physical location. We are based in Las Vegas, Nevada but are still so very homesick for Guam.

What if the item doesn't fit?

Because all our items are made to order, we don't have any items in stock to provide you with an exchange. For this reason, we have a sizing chart included on every product detail page to help you choose the most accurate size selection.
